Wheelie Ventures – Basic Terms and Conditions
By renting a vehicle from Wheelie Ventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid government-issued driving license appropriate for the vehicle class is required.
- Riders must have prior experience operating the type of vehicle rented.
2. Rental Period
- The rental period begins at the time specified in the agreement and ends when the bike is returned.
- Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Payment and Deposit
- Full payment is required before the start of the rental.
- A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking or pick-up.
- Deposits will be refunded upon inspection and return of the bike in its original condition.
4. Use of Vehicle
- The bike must only be used by the individual(s) listed on the rental agreement.
- The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-roading (unless specified), towing, or any unlawful activity.
- Riders must wear helmets and follow all local traffic laws.
5. Condition and Maintenance
- Bikes are delivered in safe and working condition. Any pre-existing damage will be noted before handover.
- The renter is responsible for returning the bike in the same condition.
- Damage caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter and may be charged accordingly.
6. Fuel Policy
- The bike must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
- Additional charges apply for missing fuel.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or early returns are non-refundable.
8. Breakdowns and Accidents
- In case of a breakdown, the renter must contact Wheelie Ventures immediately.
- In the event of an accident, local authorities and Wheelie Ventures must be notified without delay.
